Metalzr is equipped with an MPC2000 Multi-Process Messer Cutting Machine. This heavy-duty workhorse with superior technology includes multiple carriages and four separate processes, including precision plasma, bevelling, 2” drilling, and tapping up to 10”-8 UNC through 1-½”. Our drilling and tapping center can take laser-cut parts and precision drill and tap parts up to ¾” thick. One part or multiple parts can be processed with speed and accuracy. Our Production team schedules your parts requiring drilling and tapping to be prioritized in the cutting process so the drilling and tapping can be completed in a timely fashion, eliminating delays.

This cost-effective option allows us to precision-cut, drill, and tap holes in the material in one setup! Capable of drilling through a 2” plate and tapping up to 1”-8 UNC through a 1 ½” plate, with a 15” Vertical stroke, part hold-down clamps, and an automated 12 tool changer.

Our multi-process center features in-process beveling capabilities for up to 3/8 with angles ranging from 22.5 to 45 degrees and a radius edging capacity of up to 3mil. Utilizing cutting-edge CNC-controlled systems, our in-house plasma bevel and chamfer cutting ensure unparalleled accuracy. Our proficient operators and programmers collaborate closely with our quality assurance team to continuously enhance the process, consistently surpassing customer expectations.
